• HREP and TechRow have partnered to address the digital poverty issues in District 5.  It is estimated that 40% of the families in District 5 are having technical issues.

• A digital landscape is in the process of being developed to determine which families, with school-aged children, need devices and/or stable Internet access.

• HREP/TechRow will assist in providing devices and stable internet access to families in need

​​

• District 5 families will have access to a “help desk” which will offer live chat sessions to assist with individual technology problems.

​

• Families and students will have access to a video library that will contain subject content videos, “how-to” address technology issues, etc. (click on Resource link for more details)
