• The college and career readiness index is the percentage of high school students who have successfully completed college and career readiness courses.

• The college and career readiness index for regular admission high schools in District 5 is 48.8% (2020).

 

• HREP has established a College and Career Readiness Collaborative Action Network focusing on closing the disparity gap and providing resources to support the network.

 

• HREP coordinates and sponsors the Early College High School Program in collaboration with SUNY College at Old Westbury. Currently, there are 130 students from 4 District 5 high schools participating in the program.
